Factory Introduction

Conch Medical Products Co., Ltd. was invested and built by Yikang Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in 2022. The factory is located in the middle section of Yanbin Road, Biomedicine Industrial Park, Feixian Development Zone, Linyi City, Shandong Province. It is planned to cover an area of ​​about 100 acres and a total construction area of ​​about 100,000 square meters. It is planned to build a production workshop and supporting equipment and facilities of about 85,000 square meters, with a total investment of about RMB 500 million.

The factory is built in three phases: the first phase of the project has been completed and put into production in July 2022. The factory currently has a construction area of ​​about 55,000 square meters, of which the production workshop and supporting equipment and facilities cover an area of ​​about 45,000 square meters; the equipment introduced by the company is currently at the internationally advanced and domestically leading level in the industry. Advanced intelligent fully automated equipment such as full-servo PE plastic breathable film production line, cast film production line, hot melt adhesive coating and compounding equipment. 100,000-level purification workshop, of which eight clinical medical-grade production lines are located in the fully automatic dust-free workshop.

The company currently has 319 employees, including 41 front-line production technicians and 23 corporate managers. Among the company’s technical and management personnel, graduate students account for about 11%, and undergraduates account for more than 75%. On the basis of ensuring production quality and giving priority to supply, the company vigorously develops a talent introduction strategy. Based on the principle of “professional people do professional things, and professional things are done professionally”, according to the needs of the company’s strategic planning and development, a directional professional talent training mechanism is implemented; the company has passed the IS09000 quality management system, IS014001 environmental management system, 0HSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and obtained relevant qualification certificates.
